I am looking to upgrade my perfectly good RNS-D head unit in the B6 S4 to the RNS-E... only reason is really to enable a factory bluetooth interface which this unit doesn't support.
It is currently setup for integration to the instrument cluster, factory fitted CD changer and TV tuner. That all works along with support for two additional AV inputs which I verified just yesterday.
I see these on eBay going for GBP200-250.
It doesn't have a car specific splash screen - just a generic 'Audi Navigation' welcome so it could form the basis for an upgrade from Symphony or Chorus units in other suitable Audis... or a stout replacement for one that has stopped working !
I have the security code and the manual for anyone that needs it. The CD-ROM maps are a little out of date (UK mainland only) but they can be found on-line for decent money.
I would like to sell this to another forum member for GBP150 plus postage to help fund my upgrade to the much more expensive RNS-E unit.
The unit works 100% and I will post up pictures of physical condition if anyone asks - there are no significant dings, marrs or scratches.
Note - I am NOT including the TV tuner or CD player.
