HnR lowering springs x4 £150+Postage and boge turbo dampers x4 £150+postage will be removed from my s2 coupe

How old/many miles have the dampers done?

I've done about 400 miles in 6 months but I bought them second hand of kit simmond so I don't know exact mileage sorry but there fine on my car just paint flaking of that's all

Hi sam80quattro sorry I was meant to say springs are 6 months old and the dampers are same sorry

Yeah those springs have done very little work, a few K at the most, I got them from AndyG who'd hardly used them and I only ran them breifly. As far as I can tell the paint starts flaking off H&R's as soon as you fit them to the car.

Yeah I can confirm the springs had just been fitted to my car before I bought it and I removed within a couple of weeks, they are mint
