Hi, Not sure on exactly what this item is I believe forum member Costash could direct you with this as this is indeed his old car. Thank you I agree this is a nice URS and I'm really distressed about parting it. But I have great need for all of the engine and running gear from it in the pursuit of building my ultimate dream car. If your keen on the front lip I would consider offers on the full front bumper assembly (already modified to take good size FMI)

Hi I know I would love to do this but having done the maths on what parts I would need for my intended project which are being donated from this stunning modified motor I recon I will spend in excess of 6k.

Hi Would be looking to sell front bumper complete the full trim is factory carbon & black leather. I believe it should fit but would be best to do your own homework. Car is fitted with full large bore handmade stainless steel system. Am open to offers on all items. Regards

Hi Dan,

car stands me now at over £5000 but feel that as fair as parts needed from it for a project car it still is cheap. I would have to sell for considerably more than this if I was to go and buy again all the needed parts separately, if you get me.

Hi thank for your interest I have a 1979 Mk1 Scirocco Storm which currently runs a 3B based 16v with gt28rs turbo. Once run in it dyno'd at 390bhp(18psi boost). It was mated to a VW motorsport gearbox, but it didn't take long before this was trashed plus the car would break traction even @ 100+ mph in the dry travelling down an incline! So I think you came see where this is going. I intend the next phase in the Storms evolution to take it to 4 wheel drive, 5 cylinder and as close to 1000bhp per tonne as I can manage. I have had this car around 15 years now and have always wanted to make it the best it can be!
