Is this a suitable single mass replacement for the ABY dual mass flywheel?

Yes, use a 3B clutch.

7A flywheel is 11kg, 3B is 10.5kg if you want to get it lightened to 3B spec. (ABY flywheel is 14kg so a nice improvement anyway)
