What's the lower black section like for scuffs? Also what are the mounting points like where it bolts onto the wing?

Lower black section was ever painted or it's without paints? Just to be clear. What is the final price without fog lights? Only bumper with two grilles and washers.

Lower black section hasn't been painted. Take off £20 if fog lights aren't required. Again postage to UK only, I can't ship over seas it's just too problematic with something this size
