Got an oem S2 K24 turbo for sale.
It has run about 60k miles, and is absolutely play free, both axial as radial! Only downside, one blade of the compressor wheel is bent. But as said, zero shaft play.

Ideal plan would be hybrid. Spoke with Ben at the turbo unit and he can do hybrid on this turbo with custom compressor wheel for a very interesting price. Would make a very nice spooling turbo with firm 300+ hp potential

Still have this. As said then it has no play at all, a new compressor wheel and it's a good one (genuine 60k turbo). The bent/cracked piece is removed for a clear view.
