The arms are on terry bullwons car. Don't know the spec on tubing sorry! Although I am considering doing a batch of BS4T45 arms with rose joints to suit the bracket kit.Jay - pug_life85@hotmail.com

I'm not keen on doing a type 85 batch unless theres a group buy situation. Only as its a big investment from my side financially for machining and finishing. If theres enough interest (8-10people confirmed) for Typ85 car fitment then I will happily get them done.
Might be best asking on Classic Audi too, I post there so will add a post at some point about it.Jay - pug_life85@hotmail.com

M12 Rosejoints is what they are designed for. I have all the design work done for producing a pair of straight tubular steering arms with rosejoints but need to confirm with my supplier the specification of the rosejoints. Alot of people use cheaper quality joints where the lining can wear quickly or unseat itself from the housing. I'll try get costs sorted within the next week.Jay - pug_life85@hotmail.com

If there's interest I will get the group buy started.
Yes the earlier rack bars were a smaller diameter, not an issue if you use the OE press metal bracket as the flex takes up the 1.5mm difference. Found this out during prototyping and been getting a list of fitments together. It appears Typ85 is the smaller bar but I recommend checking bar diameter before ordering as its annoying if it doesn't fit!Jay - pug_life85@hotmail.com
