Unfortunately I have to break my cq20v V8 project as I don't have the time to finish it anymore and have an s4 avant to play with now.

Albert solid top mounts adjustable fronts 250 posted GONE
Front subframe*average condition, some rust. Has pressed front control arms with powerflex bushes fitted, and lower balljoints with less than 10k on them.

rear subframe, was stripped and painted with por15 about 4 years ago, some rust showing through now, but solid.

solid subframe bushes f+r black anodized, These are the smaller diameter bolt holes for early cars, m12? So suitable for both as you could drill them out. £50 for both sets. GONE
Coilovers with koni sport inserts.
Fronts have 250lb and rears are 275lb springs I believe. Car hasn't been driven for a couple of years so they are looking a bit tatty but still solid. Have another set of springs somewhere too, don't know what's rate. £300 GONE
