Well, always wan't to impove things. Twincharged is the way to go for me in the future. Next is evo2 version. This was working really good, but I wan't to try to improve everything even more powerfull. One thing with this kit you can try is a smaller SC pulley so you get lower SC rpm's. It may reduce IAT temps some. It is no problem on street, but on track my IAT was 100C degreese(450x300x76mm IC).
This kit you can fit on AAN with minimum mods compared to evo2 version.

Here is a dyno plot with and without the supercharger (lines without dots are with SC).

SC porting also possible +200e. It will reduce the IAT and make the SC more effency.Leave a comment:

Supercharger kit for twincharging
Always some small plans... Would anyone have interest in buying my current supercharger kit that you can use to twincharge your UrS4/6 AAN. It's close to PnP on the AAN engine, but will of course need some small modifications and aircon compressor delete. It will add something like +75hp/200Nm in the 2500rpm range with a big turbo(HX40 size).
Details:
- Supercharger Eaton M90 genIII (short model from Jaguar X300)
- Custom SC fitting bracket
- 3" intake pipe with cone filter
- 3" pressure pipe with silicone fittings and hose clamps
- Longer serpentine belt
- 70mm one-way valve
- Bracket for moving the PAS pump oil reservoir
The kit is fully functional atm, was in use the whole summer. The supercharger would propably need a rebuild(new bearings and seals) and the rotor teflon coating has flake off some. I can do a full rebuild but it will add some cost. I will also delete the teflon coating as it will perform without issues without it. This kit will need a good size intercooler as it rises the IAT temps some, a bigger SC pulley(lower boost) could be a good thing to test, now it has a 2.8" pulley and makes 1.7 bar boost. You will need to build a proper Y-intake feeding pipe for your turbo setup with a place for the one-way valve.
Price for the kit 1100 euros + shipping, and with rebuild SC 1400e + shipping. Feel free to ask if you have questions.
