I have for sale a set of the 300x22 rear brakes (calipers and carriers) from the S4 B7, that are a bolt on upgrade for the b4 limo and avant (quattro only).
They are in a good used condition, removed from my ex car.
They came along with the caliper bolts and original brake lines.
