Having sold the car I had forgotten that I had these in store just in case something happened to the originals. Anyway they are complete i.e. the tabs and clips are all present and unbroken.

AFAIK the lenses and reflectors are different for LHD and RHD as they define the beam. The switch basically blanks off some of the beam rather than switching the beam.
