Hi there,
Do you think it can fit a turbine of 56.5mm/84 trim? Would be interested if it does. I have a Garrett GT3071R-WG with a housing for 1.8T. Thanks in advance. Best
Thanks for your quick reply. What I would like to know is does the hot side housing can fit a 56.5mm with a 84 trim. Will it fit to my turbo to replace the housing for 1.8T?
Much appreciated. Best.
Hi there, is me again. Your housing is for a 60mm wheel but what about 56.5? Does it matter if it's smaller if what I would like to find out and make you an offer for it.
Thanks & regards
Hi,
It will fit but your wheel is smaller diameter, so this will be not good..
Damn, just checked and I had hot side housing for your turbo few months ago.. but I sold it It was K26 with turbine wheel diam 56.50mm...
He is rebuilding turbos for old Audi's as he said.. I can give his contacts so maybe he can help you He's from UK
Many thanks for your information and I will try to contact him north of the border. Would you be able to find another one just like that? It is exactly for the same Audi 1994 URs4 that I am looking for the K26 hot side with 56.5mm wheels.
best and have a great weekend.
Hey Spidey, I never actually bought the hotside ... As it seems, it was meant for a GT30 series instead of the GT28 based on the measurements you sent in the other post (after verification on the Garett site).
Anyways, still looking for a GT28 kkk flange hotside ... if anyone reads this and has one
Also, I'm not rebuilding turbo's for old Audi's ... I'd like to ... but I don't
