Hello all,
Surplus to requirement is a full set of bosch injectors and adapters to replace the Hitachi stuff on the 7A. I don't know if these are 034 or from one of the other suppliers but they came from a running engine that showed no sign of trouble.
Injector part numbers 0 280 155 931. Grey are said to flow more or less the same amount of fuel as the Hitachi items, red injectors slightly more.
New Viton o rings fitted to adapters.
4 hole spray pattern
Fuel rail was powder coated last year and has been on my car for 6 months. Still in spot on condition.
Well document improvement of drive-ability and smoother power delivery compared to Hitachi. You will need to sort out the injector resistor pack bypass yourself as i'm still using that! Some simply cut and solder the wires, others have bought the wiring adapter harness that 034 sell.
Unfortunately there is a small amount of damage to one of the adapters - the aluminium flange that holds the innermost o-ring in place has cracked and a bit has come away. O-ring still well and truly held in place and no leaks despite this, i just wanted to highlight exactly what is for sale - see photo.
Bolt on and use £100 + P+P
