H&R Avant front springs + 7A inlet cam

Springs will need some paint; I've chipped most of the old stuff off and put a quick coat of blue on there to offer some protection. Will fit all cars on the front. After what I paid: £50 delivered but open to offers to make some space.

7A inlet cam. Not used since buying may years ago. £25 delivered ono.

Standard H&R springs, so lower around 25mm and there are loads of pictures on here of cars with them on.

You would need to source rear springs for your Avant / Coupe to match.
