    323X30 Discs & RS2 Brackets.

    Hi!,
I have the following, unused and OE.
    4D0 615 301A 323X30 Discs X 2
    8A0 615 125A RS2 Brackets X 2

Could form the basis of an upgrade. Choice of caliper options. If you are interested in a unused "Big Red" then see other thread.
    I want £140.
    Please PM if interested.

Are you willing to ship to the USA? If yes, how much shipped to zip code 48150 in Michigan?

      Hi!,

      Sorry, sold.
To be honest to ship them seems to cost more than the value of the items!

Those brackets alone sell for $189 in the States! Even if the shipping doubled what you were charging it would probably still beat the price I'd pay here.

            Hi!,

Bit off topic but thats what we would pay from Vagparts, so not a lot of difference.
I guess that in the land of $2 a gallon for gas you think thats expensive! Don't forget that in the UK as a rule, we pay in £ what you pay in $.
Surely there must be an enterprising individual who could reverse engineer a bracket. You were not the first from over the pond to enquire. Doesen't have to be that fancy!
Isn't blitzcat or whatever his name is doing brackets etc?

Good point. I thought the US had engineering machine shops on every street corner.

It wouldn't be too hard to make a bracket, but the cost would be higher than buying one. If you made a bunch and sold them it might work, but there is not a big market for these parts because there are so few cars that use them. There were only 1730 coupes sold in the USA in 1990 & 1991. There are a lot more 90 sedans, but not many people modify those.

BTW gas is $2.50/gallon now. I don't complain too much, but it has gone up from $1.75 in a very short time.

Drool! If only they sold these in the USA We only got the 20v Coupe quattro. Even those are expensive. I paid $6000 for a very nice one with 125,000 miles.

For about $5400 I could have this with 133,000 miles if I lived in Germany

Here's mine. Have had it since new.

As for brackets. In about a month I'm switching over to 996 calipers. Will post when they are on. As for brackets, they are all over the place in the States. You just ask nice to someone who has them. AW Forum guys got some who haven't use them yet.

I think I'm in love! If only mine looked that good.
That should give thetatau87 some inspiration. It shows what is possible. With a little work of course.
