Has it got electric opening rear windows?

the car is a 3 door and so the rear windows are set, dont go up or down.

Some coupes did come with rear opening windows believe it or not.
It was an expensive extra, they have little motors which pop the back corner out a couple of inches, they pivot from the door pillar.

Any pics?, hmm heater matrix again, cost a bit to fix.

might be the valve which lets warm water through the matrix,common failure on vw golfs

iv got lots of pics, put down your email address and i'll send you them.
As for the heat matrix, gotta quote to fit a new one from audi would be £500. If found out to be the valve, have to buy the pipe that is part of the valve and this would be £50.
