- not original brackets for the front bumper
- the support for the hatch is a replica from the original
- the bar between the support points for the hatch is original SQ

Finally there is some time in my life again to work on the Sport Quattro. In the meantime i've kept sourcing parts and designing parts. Here are some Solidworks drawings i made lately wich are now in fabrication stage.

Superb work Jeffers!
The drawings of the dry sump and inlet manifold look amazing! One thing about the inlet manifold do you think it will flow well to cylinder number 1? If there was a more open curve into number 1 wouldn't that be better? Or have the inlets being designed with some computer flow program?
Keep up the top work!Comment

the inlet manifold is flowed to some extend in Solidworks.... The plenum design can still vary. I've now used commercially available alloy weld-els to see what can be made with that. The drysump system is going to be like in the drawing. All components are in for the drysump system, except the drive pully. I now found a drive pully wich has enough "flesh" to machine fit it in between the plate and the timing belt cog. The sump pan will be a machined flange, and a alloy sheetmetal cover. So it'll be fairly easy to construct.Comment
