i dont know if it is the correct thing to ask here,or if you know, but are the 993 and 996 brake calipers using the same adaptors? Also can 996 calipers be used with the 322x32 front discs?
    thanks

i read this in another tread..

@ pete: using the rs2 caliper carrier, 996 monoblocks will fit, but the rotor would need to be smaller and unfortunately it would need to be custom

the X-member is welded and the IC is were it should be.
the cam cover is also changed with a 7A cover from Volcano

Nice setup. But I strongly suggest you not to use those 90 degree bends on the intercooler ends. If it's possible. Those sharp bends are not helping air flow, it's way better to use radial ones for the same job. I'm not expert but seen it in some EVO forum, that smoothing in that place significantly reduces restriction of the intake (they were hitting about 500-600hp if I remember correctly). Your targed seems to be in the same area .

i agree didnt know how sharp the bends was when i bought them.
i was thinking of making new "ends" on the IC core so the 90 bend will be icorporated in them.

10 years with the wheels in the air !

Just realised my RS2 has been put away for more than 10 years..
But Im slowly starting to work on it again
                      I Guess there aren`t many RS2 With only 104000km.
I got a Wagner intercooler and a Wagner inlet manifold to start With
