[S2-racer]

well it's been a while now but it looks like the S may be back on the road soon.
currently it is in AM cars down here in somerset (so useful being local ) and they are fixing all the bits i broke

synchro mesh on second was fried, but no further damage to the gearbox
up-rated clutch is on order, coming from the states
and a hybrid turbo, hee hee :mischeif:

have to get in touch with the MRC boys once its road legal again
already got a little grunge match to be settled with a friends impreza P1

question: silver or anthracite for my OZ's when they are refurbed?

So the guys at AM Cars didn't run and hide when you drove in?
It must be something about me or my old banger that scares them. Maybe it looks too much of a challenge for them.

they do have history with the car
the previous owner had it serviced there, and i have had some (expensive) work done previously too

they seem quite happy to see me, then take big piles of wedge out of my bank account
