Another thing? Is that front pulley specially made for the IL5 with AEM ecu? Where did you get it from? Stertman?

Is it better to use Diesel Bearings on a Stroker?

What happens with the Small end ?? Are there also bearings or not?

Most of the parts where suplied by my comapny PWS. I can get all the parts. Drop me an pm if you are instersted in something.

The propshaft bearing is new one for Audi. But probably I will make uniball to work with the shaft.

Front pulley is made by 034Motorsport. But it is very heavy, I will make a new one form aluminium with the 60-2 teath on it.

For AEM EMS you have to use hallsensor on the cam + magnetic sensor on the 60-2 wheel on the fornt. I'm now a Certified AEM Tuner so I can now provide you with the maps and setup + AEM EMS it self for a good price. I advice using the universal unit + full harnes. Seting the car for there is very easy.

Today I got back my head. It is 7A conversion to 3B. The work was done perfectly.




Also I cleaned my inlet manifold. It was very dirty.

You are continuingto make me very jealous here Albert. That head looks nicely done - what guidance did you give PWS for the work. Have you skimmed the head also for reduced compression ratio or do you intend to use thicker gaskets and/or modified pistons for that ?

The pistons will be stock comp. The gasket will be litle thicker gasket. The head was skimmed just a little bit.

The valves are +0.5mm bigger from Supertech. The size of head chamber was increased also a bit to compescate the skimmed head.

The head was done by company 2B. It is my friend comany in Poland. I asked them to modify only what was needed to be modified. I did not want to go hardcore due to lot of the heat the head will have to take in 3h races.
