Thats alright pal, im thinking of a MK1 quattro project myself, but with an ABY MOTOR conversion.
Would you have any idea of the Curb weight of your MK1 ?

That a nice project, Now i dont.. I know a frend that puted a stock 3b in to it and removed nearly every thing that he dont need and he have about 1000kg with a cage in it.

300hp with k-jetronic? i tryed, but i never get more than 200.

yes 260 is possible with a chip, and the rest i will fix with a piggy back and 1-2 additional injectors, have seen peoples on forums tweaking the kj, by adding 2 cold start valves to get extra fuel somehow. but i will go with a piggy back if i go from 260->

why dont you use 2 k-jetronic,or old mercedes 500v12 k-jet?

got this with the engine, if i am going to change i am thinking of using the 3b ign system. but at this point we will stick to the original. if it goes out of hands, we will probably use 3b ign system and other em etc.

Why not just use a standalone ecu for the hp gain, opens up very good hp on the 10vt.

i am not cuting the connector, its a stock lom from a A100 turbo it was kuted when i recived it. so now i have to connect it .

No big deal really, if you have schematics with wiring colors (I have it somewhere for MC if you will need it and not find on motorgeeks). Connectors are available at wurth stores.

I mean you take butchered connector, take pin out, solder or use new one, and put back with wire. Not recommended BTW, because it's really PITA .
