    S2 Avant 94 /ca 400hp/ - Maku

    Ok, I will say a few words about my car.

    It’s a 1994y Audi S2 Avant. It has all extras besides cruis control (if anyone has one to offer, I’m interested). What have I changed:
    1. RS2 bumpers, backpanel;
    2. Zimmermann thrilled brake discs, EBC green stuff pads;
    3. RS2 CUP wheels replica;
    4. Autogauge gauges;
    5. RS2 ca 380hp software, 300kpa map sensor;
    6. BIG dahlbäck bypass;
    7. K26/T04E turbo;
    8. BIG intercooler;
    9. 391ccm@3bar injectors, adjustable fuel pressure regulator /3-5 bar/:
    10. 3” turbo back exhaust (400mm mufflers);
    11. RS2 exhaust manifold.

    Everything else is stock! If anybody has an idea what should be different, I’m open to suggestions!

    Marko

                  You need at least a remap.

                  Either Karala, or I think some audists in Finland have planned to hire Mihnea to visit Finland. Contact "ola" at Finnish audiclub forum about that.

                  Do You have adjustable cam pulley/chain sprocket? What about 7a cams?
                  Everything less than 2 bar is considered to be naturally aspirated

                      I have heard that Karala and others make custom soft but that’s quite expensive and I don’t trust through internet "custom remapping". If anybody sends binary files to test, Id be more than clad to test them.

                      No, I don’t have adjustable cam sprocket. I can order one if I want one, but I don’t need it right now. Right now I’m using stock cams. Why do you think I need other cams, for example 7A cams?

                      By the way. Head gasket blowed away, I’m going back to garage now!

                        Yesterday when I found out that head gasket was broken at 2nd and 4th cylinder, I also discovered that all the marks aren’t right in the place. When cam belt sprocket mark and flywheel mark is OK, cams marks aren’t. Outlet cam mark is OK but intake cams mark is half teeth wrong downside. I tried to put cams mark to face each other but then cam belt mark is a little wrong. Is it OK when cam sprocket mark is half teeth wrong and if it is, to where it should be wrong (down or up)?

                          In the RS2 the cam belt sprocket is ca. half tooth left

                            When I was looking for mark I found a hole in the flywheel. Shouldn’t be there something?
