Car all Change!!

Right then,

Selling a few bits as you can see from the other thread, reason is doing some stuff to the car while it is off the road!!!

What I am doing is - (pointers needed as to BTDT please guys)

Changing the bonnet and Headlights to S2 ones (from the Coupe 10V)
Changing the interior to leather and black too
Moving the battery to the boot and then the rad back and finally putting an ANN inlet on!!!!
Hopefully figuring out how to plumb the above up with out chopping the cross member (poss going to try to turn the intercooler upside down!!!!!!
Newer injectors!
Fuel pump!
Trying to remove the windscreen form the coupe E and put in the CQ20 (CQ20 has a cracked corner!!)
Change the front wings over to get rid of the rusted part on the CQ20 (bit that hold the bumper properly!!!)
Removing the rear lights form the 10V and putting them on the CQ - as mine have water marks and stop the rear leak (as the battery will be in there).....
Oh and fit an catch tank!!

Lots of work little time!!!!

Tips I would need from those who have done it if poss guys is the battery to the boot thing ( would like to put it in the rear compartment), windscreen removal and refitting and also any thought on turning the intercooler upside down!!!

windscreen will be a nightmare, took the man 3hrs to do mine, and he was putting a new one in!!

mate has an R32 skyline intercooler which would be better for you instead of turnning the standard one upside down

as for the rad in the boot, think you need to ditch the centre pannel on the lights like so

Leave the rad and battery where they are and get in on the wagner manifold group buy. A lot less hassle IMO.
Use a 7A x-member, shouldnt need altering for the pipework as much as an S2 one.

All the manifolds have been sold AFAIK now Be worth emailing Carsten Wagner to see when he's getting more in.

He had them on ebay for about £350 plus postage so still a good deal indeed

I dont think Carsten (Wagner) has any manifolds ATM to sell, as he said he had none left in stock...meaning ebay or GB I think...

Though I found this one on fleabay.de Im not sure who is selling it....or if it is the same as the Wagner one??
