Just an ADU with 1100cc injectors, uprated conrods, the BW turbo and MoTeC M84 ECU, oh and some Cat Cams and 3" custom exhaust. Those power runs were done on standard V-Power.

I'll just throw Power Pour into the fuel to prevent knock when I want to run advanced timing. Alot cheaper than buying barrels of Q16!

Head is stock but cleaned up a little and the valve seats have been 3 angle cut. Not really sure about the cams, Will said he didn't really want me revealing the specifications, when I saw the data sheet I think it said hot street - dirt track or something.

Don't think I've put up a recent top down view of the engine bay...

That's the official oil filler cap now Alex!

Okay i dont know What q16 is or power pour for that matter
is it some kind of octane booster ?

Okay i was thinking of running a set of catcams my self
to get closer to 600 hp on v power
what boost are you at ?

                  Looking at the graph
why are you only reving it to 6500 rpm?

Q16 is a 116 octane fuel made by VP Racing fuels and Power Pour is, yes, essentially an octane booster to prevent detonation.

Not sure what the boost was at for that run, 2bar maybe? I wasn't there for the mapping but he backed off at 6.5k because it's early days and there's quite a bit more setting up to do, plus it looks like that's where the power's levelling off anyway. We'll see in time what it will do...

Yeah well against the around £110 for 19 litres of Q16, I think I'll take the PP. There's a lot of good feedback about it and Dave Rowe rates it very highly and if it's good enough for Mr MoTeC it's good enough for me! It's still quite expensive but it's simply for squeezing maximum performance out of my car should I want to have the extra power and it safeguards the engine from blowing up.
