Standard power 230bhp not sure on torque.
Power run also 265bhp at 6500rpm @0.9bar and 250lb/ft at 4000rpm. Not bad as it is 15years old car which has covered 188000miles and standard apart from cone filter and 3" exhaust.
Not bad at all!!! I assume that the exhaust is custom made?

Nice work, is it not a bit noisy though? I had a Rallye for a brief time with a stainless side exit and one box/no cat and it was really loud on the fun peddle. The new owner had an asbo slapped in it because it was so loud!

It is loud but only on full throttle. Theres nowhere to put a second box as the prop is there. Only other option is to put it out the back and get another box on. Might still happen. Sounds mental on boost/full throttle.
I was surprised at the power it made

Standard system made to last but is heavy!!!!!!!!!!!!
Will put the graphs up when i get time.
Also made a reducer for the end of the exhaust to kill some of the noise and it put power down to 228bhp and a 198lb/ft. but it was actually louder with it in.
Worth doing as it make the car rev clean more mid range and the sound......
Might still put it out the back will see if the police like it...........

very good Craig will have to pop up and hear the difference ..........did you do a power run before the exhaust was put on.that is some increase...might be takening a run up with you to wallace performance and getting a price together for the exhaust
Going to go for a blast tonight might go through crieff will give you a shout.
It was to busy to put the car on for a before and after. Ford Mustang 4.6 V8 supercharger was on the rollers when i arrived then a Evo 5 with 500lb/ft and 495bhp.
I would guess the car was about standard figures around 230bhp. Noticed a difference straight away.
Anytime you want to go up no problem.
