Side exit is good but the side skirt started to melt. Its loud aswell. When i have it in the exhaust is getting altered and out the back with another box on it. (Child friendly)

7A exhaust cam on standard tiiming
              034 head gasket 8.5:1
              VEMS ECU
              034 fuel regulator
              55lb injectors (575ccm)
              SCAT Rods
              Standard pistons
              Standard fuel pump
Tubular manifold KKK fitment with standard wastegate
              GT3071R 0.63A/R
              3" down pipe/system
huge intercooler with 2.5" pipe work

yesterday after finishing a few thing and running it in i had the car on the rolling road (DASTEK) to get a safe map and to set the Apexi AVCR.(oh and still on the standard clutch)

Power 355bhp(flywheel) 300lb/ft @ 1 bar cant remember the revs as it was 0130 when i got finished and i had 100miles to travel after that to get home.

My finding on this was fuel was the restricting factor. Loads of boost if i wanted to use it.

The fuel pump could not supply enough fuel as on high revs the fuel pressure dropped showing that the pump cant cope. But not sure if injectors are the right ones.

So will update one i find out.

Use the 044 Bosch pump. I have it as well and it gives you more then enough headroom and is a fairly easy replacement.

Going by removing my 3b engine with error etc they made it easy removing the geabox with the engine so i'd suggest that.

                        Remove the lot mmmmmm

Checked the injectors and they are 55lb (575ccm) so looks like the pump has had it. Cant complain as it has covered 195000miles.
