And we have made it to fit behind the rs2 bumper without alterations to the bumper.

I don't think so. I think its for random use. The name of the IC is IIRC "Hybrid"

its the same in size as Martin's.

It's a nice well made I/C. It's a shame that the pipes are not top entry. That would make the pipework much simpler. Especially with a reversed inlet manifold.

I'd like to know output temps on that intercooler - at given ambient temps and known input temps (compressor output temp). Given the inclination with a drill, some fittings and three thermocouples it would be a nice project to qualify the performance of such a chunking looking piece of kit.

Also measuring pressure loss thru the intercooler would be good too...

I would like to rig up some sort of intake temp device, would be interested to know myself.
@Doug, did you rig one of these up to work with your egt guage?
i was told that mine has a 0.2psi pressure drop at 15psi.

I very much doubt it has 0.2psi pressure loss - the best air/air intercoolers in the Garrett catalog have a 0.9psi loss... A nominal figure of 2psi loss on the intercooler is a good rough guide.

Must also be seen loss at what kind of boost !
If boost increases losses do as well

Anyway I got my big IC a couple of weeks ago which seem almost the same as these ones (600 x 300 x 76 core).
I'm modding endtanks and building a specific crossmember for it. When I'll be done I'll post some pics.

I'd say ive lost 0.05-0.1bar @ full boost, it certainly pulls like a train though.
i was going to cut one end tank off and turn it 180deg then weld back on, to reduce the inlet tract a bit but have left it as it is for the moment.

Martin, have you got any dimensions close up pics etc of the crossmember. Im getting a local company to me give a qoute for making up an IC of the same size with the end tanks modded for better hose positioning.
