    derracuda's Zermatt 20vt 4kq (or 90q for you foreigners ;)

well, hello there my name is Derek, i go by the handle Derracuda on a few other forums.. motorgeek primarily. i've been sent a few links to this site before and for some dumb reason got the impression that it cost to join here...........well, i for one am dumb i guess haha.

anyhow, i wanted to share some of my project here for those who haven't ever seen it before. it's an 85' 4000 quattro in zermatt silver. i bought it from the original owners son. 197k miles on it. pretty clean

anyhow, for the sake of not reposting a couple hundred pics, i'll post the link to my existing project thread. i might go through someday and post all my progress posts here though so as to have a backup... it would seem i have all my eggs in one basket

hope you all enjoy... and have a bunch of time, cause it takes a while to make it through that thread ..lol

well folks.... after my episode with the 86 zermatt car from NC with the paint issues and whatnot, and then my issue with not being able to stop for blazers in front of me, i decided to console myself with buying the car i originally wanted before going to NC.... a very clean, very nice 4kq, a...

    cheers!

              Hi Derek.
We have chatted before over on motorgeeks - welcome to S2Forum.
THere are quite a few guys here (they have seen the light) that seem to be heading the typ85 route so your posts will prove most useful.
              Cheers
              Chris

Let's say that these cars are fabricated in the time when the engeniers do the job, not the economists. The S2 is the same. After this we have "S Line"
