The plan with the car is to dismantle everithing, sandblast the body, then fit the body kit with all the suports necessary, then install everithing back. i neded 30 sec to write this message and will take aprox 1 year to complete the task.

I have to use the torque plate with a head gasket between the block and plate, or not? Iff yes, is important the type off the gasket?

A little update.

New oil pump, head gasket set, racing bearings, arp bolts for head and caps, piston rings, valves, guides and not the last... lightened and balanced crank, flywheel and front pulley + an very nice Lehmann exhaust manifold.
Can somebody tell me ~ how much the Sport Quattro bumper goes under the fender...
The distance between the side lamp and the fender?

Little update! After alot off time.... i had no time for my car......
I took the engine block from the machine shop and i have finished the head.
Some pictures with the block and head ports.
I need time now for cleaning...offff..
Oh my god! Is allmost 2 years since last update...but..today...i started working back at my car!
All the other projects are finished and i can focus at my own.
Started dismantle the car... is soo rusty after 4 years unmoved in the garage.
I hope at the end of next week, the bare metal will go to the shop where it will receive the deserved clean...paint...and fiberglass panels.
I will post some pictures with the car in this state...
My god..she looks soo bad
In the meantime i have to finish the engine.
After the chasis gone..i will have more space in my very messy garage!
