This isn't actually the system on the car, it was re-done by Prospeed after these pics were taken, now doesn't have the centre box and the DP is all Prospeed's work rather than the hybrid, the DP is 2.5" out the turbo and is sleeved to 3" just after the WG pipe entry, it's not how I would have sepcified the system but then I assumed that it would use a 2.5" to 3" cone out of the turbo and it didn't.

The drop to 2.5" over the back axle does help a lot with the noise IMO, it's quiet until you really boot it and then it is nice, sounds best in enclosed spaces, like an old skool rally car

I'm hoping at some point to get some offset suybframe bushes so that'll give me more clearance and sort the 'box mounts out.

I always wondered about gearbox mounts if using offset subframe bushes - there surely isn't enough play to move the subframe forward by 10-15mm? Or is there due to removing the DM flywheel spacer?

Yes, spacer removal has put everything off by just under 10mm, the offset SF bushes are about 10mm offset, you do the math (I hate that phase).

New suspension has just been tested on a time honoured route, all feels nice and solid and handles well, the back feels a little softer than the front when loading it up but I'll have top wait till a track day or some drier weather to find out for sure. RARB is knocking a bit, had this before, it's just a bit tight on the Driver's side of the tub when the suspension compresses.

Strangely heard some creaking today while turning sharply at slow speed (it's all stripped) would be nice to find out what's making the noise tho

have had an annoying rattle from the rear, thought it was suspension so was and

Was just dozing off in front of the TV and had a eureka moment

The culprit was the rear seat upper mounting captive nuts, they're free to move around for seat adjustment and were rattling their cages.

              Cable ties. Job done

RARB knock identified and removed. Rear still feels soggier than before might have to wind the dampers up a bit or look for a set of front springs to fit, I now understand why HnR offered this as an option. MIght just get some made to my own spec.

To complete the exhaust sectio - exhaust was 90dB at Combe, not bad for a single box system Fit and finish are still great 2 years of thrashing later, car passes the MOT on the long emission test (needed to warm teh cat up).
