first ride with the AAN CQ!

Hey guys...! finally after 7 months my car slept at home. Last night I got a ride on it, everything is OK! just an air leak on the IC pipery and well.. I still have to tune the ECU. I reached about 80mph and the only sound is from the exhaust... the car runs smoothly as before with the NM, but with more torque and consumption hehe 100euros for a full tank and now remains a half of it! Well, I'm running rich for now to avoid problems with the turbocharger in the meanwhile the engine is not being tuned. the turbo reaches only 5psi.. the N75 is not working yet so I cannot go over that pressure yet. BUt the car is running sooo quietly! This morning is for adjust the air leak and get less fuel and a little more timing advance between 3500 and 4000rpm.

Anyone of you have some idea how much boost presure does the K24 should do to get those 280/290bhp???

Search for the threads regarding homefry chips and I have one detailing boost in each gear

You need 1.4 bar on overboost and 1.2 normal boost to hi 280-290 bhp.

Well done, glad you're enjoying the result of your efforts. When you get the turbo boosting you should get some more noise but not much, a cone filter will make it a lot louder but it's personal preference there. As Jamo said, you should be boosting about 1.4-1.5 bar at about 3500rpm and then dropping off from about 4000rpm to about 0.8bar at 7000rpmto achieve 400+Nm and 270+bhp.

Guys...sorry but today I'm having very RARE values from my WBO2... yesterday at idle the value was ~0.96:1 ... today the value is 2.27:1 at idle!!!! At that kind of ratio the engine would be OFF! The fuel values didn't change, spark angle are the same... everything is okay but that weird value. I realized yesterday night that the plug of the wb02 was stucked between the gearbox and the steering arms... I took it out from there and now I have this problem. My Bosch sensor connector has a...well... some electronic component that is protected (don't know WTH is that)... could be that broken? I don't think so but could be.
