420hp Project - Complementing and pics

Complementing:
Now I’m running 1,7bar of boost peak and 1,45bar at 7300rpm (fuel cut).
It’s astonishing!!!!!
We did a film of me against a S4 (with RS4 turbos, Oettinger downpipe, exhaust and chip – 400hp like) and next week it should be edited to share with you.

The noisy that my car is making is amazing. It screams like a jet fighter with afterburner!!!

Costs:
• Garret/K26 TO4E with 83mm rotor (GT37) 50 trim .50 / K26 #10 – 360º bearing water cooled shaft – 480 euros (today quotation)
• SQ MAF on eBay + my little circuit – 300 euros
• UNICHIP – 800 euros (today quotation)
• Hoses, flanges and mechanic labor – 500 euros
• Two additional Bosch pumps, fuel lines and FPR – 350 euros (today quotation)
• 3inch exhaust with a FlowMaster muffler – 350 euros (today quotation)

Be a “R”S4 killer and a Porsche biturbo threat …. Priceless!!

We don't have 4x4 dyno in Brasil for public use. Only manufactors own them.
So we have to estimate the power doing dynamic comparassion and/or math based on boost and fuel.


Next upgrade will be change the injectors and use alcohol as fuel. It is much cooler and has 120octane equivalence. The only downside is the volatility (cold start), but I will install a cold start kit also (little bottle with gasoline, injector and solenoid). Then I will run 1,8bar of boost peak and 1,6bar at redline with an agressive timing advance.
