i have been looking at the compomotives, but they are too heavy.

8x18" have 12kg, even heavier than the 18" avus...

I had a set of Compomotive Mo's on my olf Golf Rallye. They were a very nice set of wheels, like has been said very strong but they were very very heavy!

For a road car especially in the uk i'll stick with my compomotives. Hit any small-medium sized pothole (there are more than a few of them about) and you can kiss goodbye to your superleggera's. I've heard a few stories of this happening to these wheels. Crack very easily.

Weight is the reason to get a bigger turbo

It think you need to consider what sort of use your car is going to get, if your only ever going to use it on smooth circuits and carefully on the road them maybe go for lighter weight wheels. If however you have any intention of hammering round on rough old airfields and gravel forestry tracks then go for strength over weight.
