Yeah we had a great time driving the car home!

Since now it has snowed about 10 inches the past two days, we really get to use the Quattro System

10 inches is 25.4 cm. If your car can't handle 10 inches. Take the bus.

I'd say about 20 cm snow now. And you know who's always right.

Yesterday I did a bigger oil service, everything looks great on the car. Not much to complain about at all, except the ryss who must have tightened the oil plug like he was doing it as a strong man competition, the plug just fell apart when I tried to remove it, but erixon with his patience helped me and we put a 16 mm socket onto the plug, and with some 30nm might, the plug finally came off, weird, the diff / tranny plugs were a breeze to remove, and the oil plug usually is the easiest part to remove , but the legendary sista skruven (last bolt) phenomena took place once more.

Today I'm recieving some new parts, a new inlet hose to the turbo, and also some other nice stuff.

Very happy with the car and I hope I'll continue beeing happy

Castrol Edge 0-40 in the engine and Transmax 75/90 in the diff / tranny, not redline, redline has too high friction and will cause gears to break if you are up on the revs , (just an advice) , I've learnt this the hard way..

Those sump plugs are famous for their self tightening abilities... Dunno what the science/metallurgy is behind it, but I've torqued up many of my own correctly to find that next time round they feel ridiculously tight. Strange but true.

S2Central: I guess there's some kind of reaction between the steel plug and the aluminium oilpan. That causes the plug to stick. I always give it a good hammer before I try to take it off, but nothing worked yesterday...

Fixed the anti theft system yesterday, and switched the broken turbo inlet hose. And also got rid of that open-air kit that all teens seems to like so much. Stock airbox for the win..

Today, new plugs, new lamps in the speedo , and an engine wash.
