Audi UrS4 Avant by ArTec Racing - first mods

    Hi.
At last i take my car to the dyno and with graph in hand I decided to put the topic here. I don't know that the dyno graph is correct, because races with different cars show on the larger power.
All started from the purchase of the car which looked /looks so:
    .
    The UFO brake discs:

twisted oneself quickly (after several brakings from above 200km / h). I was forced to invest in the front suspension from Audi S6, with 319mm brake discs:

and they look on the car like this:

When the suspension was already in the car I decided to take more care about the safety and ordered Goodridge brake lines kit:

As that the clutch wasn't in the the best condition I decide to make conversion from dualmass flywheel to singlemass flywheel and sport cluth disc with stronger pressure plate.

I bought the used set from the 7A engine:

and after some modyfications the "conversion set" looks like that:

Lightweight, single mass flywheel weights now 6,4kg (original dualmass about 12kg). Pressure plate has dual spring from 7A.
I also put the exhaust cam from 7A (intake lies in the garage and waits for his moment ).
Sfter several weeks of drive on such setup, I ordered from eBay.de the programme for 60€. I did not want to buy / to do programmes for 400 €, because finally the car will go on VEMS.
Last thing what was made whith car in "Stage 1) is welding the full through 3" exhaust 3" with 2 silencers:

One week ago I take car to the dyno, and it have only:

    255hp.
I don't know why power is so small - engine is dead and it don't represent series power, fastech programme doesn't work or maybe dyno show wrong power.

PS. Yestarday I start with Lancer Evo VII, VIII or IX (don't recognize them) on the 1/4mile and on the 1st and 2nd gear it was before me, on 3rd we catch up, and when I put 4th gear we must brake. After this run I don't know what power really have my car.

That is one sexy looking exhaust you have there!! I struggled to get a second silencer on there - it is still 'in' my boot as opposed to under!!!! I shall be watching your project with great interest!
