Amassing parts,advice needed;

hi everyone, i'm in the process of getting the funds sorted to start on my s2 project,soon i will be getting together the parts to rebuild her + raise the spec. i will be looking to get a good 320-350 bhp at the wheels,but more importantly an equal but preferably higher torque figure.i will list the parts i plan on getting, but then list another set of components which are a grey area for me, this is where i need advice from you guys; 5 branch,forged pistons, steel rods, mains, big ends, 7a exhaust cam,full milltek, mocal 13row, ported head, double valve springs, triple cut valves+ inserts, fm intercooler, 550 injectors, now the grey area ; waste gate spring ?, air filter{panel or k+n},ignition mods?,fuel pump?, intake pipes{larger diameter?},maf?,oil pump spring?, i mentioned the intake pipes because a mate has had to enlarge them on his bugeye to achieve the necessary breathing on his set up and did not know if relevant on the s2 at that power level, suspect not but please advise, any help would be appreciated as i'm new to the s2 forced induction world, my backround is n/a modified mi16's and 205's, cheers wez.

for 350-380bhp

5 branch - rs2 manifold will do this
forged pistons - standard pistons are ok for 600+
steel rods - iirc you've got a 3b so rods would be a very big + as spark hop will kill the rods
mains, big ends - etc can be done same time as the rods standard will do basically imo for the bottom end all you will need is rods and a metal head gasget for good power.
7a exhaust cam - will help if you get a cheap one
full milltek - or bigger would be a bonus
mocal 13row - standard one will do for this
ported head, double valve springs, triple cut valves+ inserts - all would help
fm intercooler - either rs2 or same as s2_bo and newsh
550 injectors - or rs2 spec one's

now the grey area ; waste gate spring ? - standard should handle it
air filter{panel or k+n} - rs2 airbox if you can find/afford one
ignition mods? - brand new cap/arm and leads would be good (plugs as well)
fuel pump? - rs2 or 044 fuel pump
intake pipes{larger diameter?},maf? - standard (tho rs2 maf is bonus)
oil pump spring? - not 100% sure but brand new oil pump would be a good idea

basically think rs2 spec for what you want, easiest and best route to big power for you, uprated clutch would be a good suggestion.

the other main thing that i'd suggest is make sure the rest of the car's up to it i.e. brakes/suspension
