vw van s2 project

was told about fitting s2 engines into vw t5 vans a few years ago.
anyone seen any finished ones?
was told the 4wd can be fitted too.
i fancy a practical project!

do you really mean T5?they are a bit new and expenive to be cutting up I would have thought.seen them in T25s and T4s.Infact putting one into a T25 is something i fancy doing sometime,a member of this forum has put one in a T25 and totsteile have a T4 with one in it.

There's a T4 in Spain with a RS2 engine in it. The owner bought it in Germany. It shouldn't be that difficult fo fit as the T4 shares the I5 diesel engine used on the Audi 100, which block is usually used to make a stroker I5 20v turbo engine.

the camper was availbel with VW syncro drive (and called a Vanagon I think). Start with one of those then you just need to do the engine swap.

Ended up with a caravelle from factory, so windows, seats n belts already in
