What is with this NUT ?

Looks like someone has tampered with the wastegate in order to rise the mechanical boost pressure.

Is the black AMP connector 2 or 3 pin? What kind of wire does it have?

Second image shows the hydraulic system pressure sensor. If the pressure is too low the autocheck alarms about it. Removing wire from the pressure sensor disables this alarm.

Porkkis: Sorry , took me some time to answer.

It's 2 pin connector , it comes from the picture WHITE wire. Where should it plug ?

As for the hydraulic system pressure sensor. When I plug it back it shows "!" sign on computer. Could it be that I have an air in system as hydraulic luqid is on top by visual. I also have ABS lamp showing on computer screen and a fooking **** brakes that don't brake !

Please suggestions

P.S. And if it's of any help , i also have a low coolant lamp beeping all the time , could be a coolant sensor ?

Autocheck should not alarm you if the sensors are unplugged.

I'd have to check my own car about that one disconnected connector but perhaps it's from the brake fluid container?

If the brake alarm stays on after the car has ran a moment your bomb is probably totally dead. Try to disconnect one of the two wires. Inside the red circle on your image.

Brake alarm only occurs from the following:
Pressure too low
Brake fluid level too low
Hydraulic fluid level too low
Or a dead sensor for some of the above.

Porkkis: On of the wires(in red picture) is always off as I'm getting autocheck alarm all the timewhen they are plugged. =]

Is the purple plug the plug for the after run pump, it looks in the right place???

Exhaust ready but not the way I wanted (they've maid everythinf wrong), will redo soon. Engine check on friday with local rally engineers. Hope it's not that bad.

Hopefully will get a second hand bomb , they are 20$ around here.

The good thing is that I finally got my Alcon brakes with 4pot monoblock calipers and 322mmx32mm 2 piece rotors =]. They have 4 rings graved on them. Too bad they aren't red :/ , will decide to repaint them red or silver .

Will get pictures as soon as I will get a new digi.

P.S. The question remains , what to do with that nut on top of wastegate ? any tutorial on removing it ?

P.S.S. Sometimes with a very hard accelaration and then dropping of gas pedal , the car shut down , usually after 5000RPM. What could be wrong ?
