2 bend rods , broken crank shaft , one piston ****ed up .

Will wait for a new block on 24th. Till then no running on background :/.

Will get my head redone and ported/polished the same time. Time to install thouse auto-verdis and all of rs2 components.

How did that happen? I think you need to work out why it has, before you upgrade - don't want it to happen again!

New crank , new piston rings , ported and polished had , new intake manifold (wagner style - dahlback replica) , new seats (2 sparco milano prestige tan leather seats) , new wheels (most of you won't like them as they are chromed).

Will check the car in 3 days on geometric stand (just to be sure....). Waiting on new intercooler (the same as martinj ) but will use rs2 till then.

Hope it wil be done in 1-2 month .

And small home work on calipers

Sorry Greg , no pictures yet. It's not 100% finished. Now it's oly used as wastegate exhaust , there are also a back exhaust(normal 3" pipe).

And a new additional to my interior . 2 Sparco Milano Prestige Tan Leather seats. Veeeery expensive. I love the color but will need to retrim back seats (but I don't use them anyway).

A lot of new parts and work done. New Dahlback 8000RPM camshafts , new IM, new IC , new cam gear.

Few problems so far. Can't figure out how and where to connect all thouse vacoom lines + have problems about how to connect fuel pressure regulator and control valve for idling stabilization to a new IM. Also what to do with fuel lines as they are short.

Apart of that all goes fine. Need a remap and to pass TUV(with side exhaust and all moddification (yeah yeah right)).

Did you buy the complete set from dahlback for the mechanical cams?
Why did you choose that and not a catcams set?
