Jeffer: To tell you the truth they are Hydraulic. And they are Dr.Shrick cams sold under dahlback name. Bought them becouse my fellow s2 fanatic from Latvia have same cams (he's is 3 times winner on local dragrace competitions) and have good feedback on thouse cams.

Can anyone please make a photo of their vacoom lines ??? ) Near WG , near Throttle Body and Near Drivers fender. And if anybody have Dahlback, MTM or Wanger manifold a photo of how they connected thouse 2 valves

Well it RUN today. Hehe. Too bad just for one time , then electricity dissapeared , dunno why. Everything works till engine. Could be security alarm , will talk with electrician tomorrow. Pics. Have problems trying to figure out how vacoom lines should be setup properly.




And for thouse who want to dublicate dahlback air kit (2 turn welded together and a piece of metal).




And what left from 3 blocks . A set of new pistons , used ones. One is in the garbage and one installed. So total 4 sets .

Engine complete . Just need a new hoses for intercooler , new chip and to wash the engine bay + small electric fixes (like fan controller). Also it's running very rich probably becouse of custom camshafts and all the rs2 components. Need a remap .

Hope to finish new sucpension in few days and install new brakes. Then electrics, xenons and to PASS TUV ))))))). Atleast I hope to pass it.

Ok new stuff arrived , waiting only on Repo manifold .

Stuff I bought :

SPEC clutch with disk , flywheel and bearing. 800Nm
Garrett GT30R BB with KKK 26 flange and all oil fittings
Mocal Oil Cooler
2 Large Dahlback by-passes (used a bit)
62lb Injectors
034efi snub mount kit
034efi Oil Vortex Separator
Carbon Radiator Cover from CarbonTehnik
And small but really needed stuff i always wanted

Also car was put to the audio guys.

Interior is almoust done , need some more carbon. I've put Sparcos inside and Morel/Alpine/AUDSION caraudio. Also roof was retrimmed.

The car is now without any chip but with RS2 full setup /high cams and small goodies. Well the original new clutch lasted for 2 days , and even on first moment it started to slip on some 5K RPM on hard acceleration.

That sound system is nice! Oh so nearly OTT but it works.

Front seats are lovely too!
