Sounds like youre taking water from the front and back of the block into a Y then to the rad

Or like i said make a manifold into the core plugs to give water to the block (Take it in your case) and give a better distribution of coolant.

You could then tune the temperature of the cylinders with restrictors.
Putting them together is the front running idea as i know the other car with a similar set up like mine still has the heater box.

I think 5356 is what your ment to use? You can clearly see where the weld was. Also the thread is another grade of aluminum.

So what grade of ally welding rods can be anodized?

Also i'm assuming the rear block outlet is going back to your rad, joining in with the main pipe from the thermostat housing.

Another option to distribute the heat around the block and head would be to build a water manifold into the block via the core plugs.

Very OTT but if you're running on the limit i imagine the middle cylinder (no3) is holding you back

I suppose you could even monitor cylinder temps and run appropriate restrictors in the water mani to even out the temps.

    Rear brake brackets

    Heat sinks for the coils

Rear block fitting from Andy their is a imperfection caused by my self i used a lower grade of aluminum to weld the fitting on with and then turned it down on a lathe.

    All were hard anodized GOLD

quite surprised to see a visteon logo on a rad from the states

I had a mate who worked there, he got me a load of instrument clusters for aston martins

and we get a lot of stuff from them at honda.
