My name is Markus and i live in Sweden.
i am pretty new in here, i´v mostly been at nordicaudi, but i have to say that this looks like an amazing forum!!!
My former Audi was a RS2 -94 but i didn´t want to destroy it.
So i bought a S2 coupé instead, that will be a street/track car!
The engine is rebuilt by AG:s carservice here in sweden.
The rest is up to me to modify.
Here´s some info about the project!!
Motor spec
3b Block with o-rings. Balanced and polished crankshaft.
Auto Verdi rods.
JE Pistons 82.00, Je pro seal rings and 22mm piston pins.
ARP bolts.
Ported Aby head, mira machined seats, turned valves.
Ferrea race valve springs.
Ferrea titanium retainers.
New INA hydraulic lifters.
7A cams.
ARP head bolts.
Cat Cam cam pulley and the lower cam pulley in steel.
Precision 990cc injectors.
Custom Parts manifold.
Turbobanditen T70 Turbo.
NIRA i3 + engine management with EGTC installed and tuned by AG's
Audi A4 ignition coils.
3 "stainless exhaust with racecat and 2 stainless steel full flow mufflers.
AG's fuel system with E85. Original pump to a catchtank 3 Bosch 984 to engine.
A new intakemainefold will be built in the spring with new pipes and intercooler.
Drivetrain
Reinforced Clutch Cover with sinterclutch.
Single Mass Flywheel with special machined trigger.
Original 6spd gearbox.
Stiff mounted engine and gearbox.
Chassis
KW V3 coilovers.
PowerFlex bushings in all control arms and the rear diff.
Aluminum bushings to the subframes.
034 trackdensity diff mounts.
Ag's gearbox mounts.
Brakes and wheels
Original brakes, will be the Porsche 996 fronts soon, (Thanks to the "Le Audi S2") with Audi A8 323x30 discs and ferodo pads.
18" Team Dynamics wheels.
Interior
I had the interior panels painted with Piano finish, much nicer than the wood
!
I also had the subframes and control arms sandblasted and re painted.
