the car is back on the road,my useless mechanic did'nt even know where the wastegate was on the rs2.he thought the hotside of the turbo was the wastegate
in the end,i had to do all breather pipe connections myself
thanks to paul nugent for providing s2 rs2 vacuum diagram.

with 3" dp exhaust and modify airbox the car pulls very hard, and would really like to know what gains you get on the standard Rs2.

i will be looking to chip it to 1.9bar and nearer to 400sh bhp.

      here are some new pics

now i know why the car was pulling so hard, the ecu had been superchipped by the previous owner i bought the engine and ecu from.by the way the car pull's i reckon at probably 1.5 1.7bar.boost
i've fitted hoffer 1.9bar boost chip's and boy the car goes like a s** of a shavel
it feels more 400sh with necessary upgrade's
just need to get the car on the roller's to see what it actually doing in terms bhp,so watch this space

what are your plans with that 608bhp engine?
surely not going to put it in your 3b?

my coupe is similar spec and with 1.9 bar map it made 369bhp and 400lbsft but that was with a stock ABY downpipe, i now have a homebrew 3" downpipe and sport cat so i would also be hoping for 400bhp, although saying that im not sure it will increase the bhp as to do that the torque would have to go up.. hmmm i dont know

you will see a massive improvement with 3" dp in term of bhp, believe me the ABY dp is a bottle neck.at the moment, you're loosing atleast 25-30 bhp without the correct setup.
my car feels like 400bhp with the correct setup
