Yesterday I took first control arm to sandblast and repaint, now I wait to take it as standard and if all is good I proceed with the rest of the parts.

I have already bought original S2 SMS Revo wheels, S2 Coupe Recaro seats and some others parts

Hello friends, for engine what do you think about JE pistons and Pauter rods with a racing head with ABY inlet cam and 7A exhaust cam? Here the spec of the head:

- Lightweight lifters
- Titanium retainers
- Hi-rate valve springs
- 3rd angle valve seats with swirl polished valves
- Intake and exhaust ported and polished
- New valve guides and Viton stem seals

nice project , very good choice of wheels , rs2 interior is perfect.. why do you do all this thing about cilinder head? your plan is too run over 500hp?
7A exhaust cam is good if you will run over 550hp, and if you want to have good setup with this cams, than you need adjustabe pulley. to fix timing like it have to be. I will run 450hp with 3b (both) cams.. they are more than good.

I think that you need REVO SMS 303 hp chips.. do you?

At moment I will mount a K24/7000 hybrid and in the future is probably a K24/7200 hybrid, probably this head is good for more hp, this is right, but with the correct setup I think that also with a K24/7000 or 7200 hybrid or with SMS turbo is better that a standard ABY head, or not?

- Wagner reverse inlet manifold, intercooler with crossmember and exhaust manifold

- BN-Pipes exhaust system and decat

- New master and slave OEM Audi clutch pump

- All bushes I think OEM Audi because Italian road are like a Emmenthal and so I prefer a bit of comfort

- Much more parts

H&R new springs are arrived yesterday directly from DC Performance



I have also received a lot of parts from this forum members like

- Black headlining and complete trim kit

- Wagner intercooler kit for reverse inlet manifold, I wait for reverse manifold and exhaust manifold

- I wait also BN-Pipes exhaust system
