    wr and aby looms

Hi all, we are trying to put my Ur together again. The next job on the cards is the dreaded electrical looms.
I am sure this has been done many times before but I can not find detailed info about it.
The question is how much of existing loom do you keep? I am sure that the lighting/indicator loom should be unattached but how about engine loom, what do you cut and what do you leave?

Another question is as my car is converted to LHD and the steering wheel is now on correct side I was going to fix the aby ecu on the passenger side; if I do that would the loom be long enough? This may sound lazy but we have no engine in place and can not check properly, I hope that there is someone out there that done this and would be able to help.
    Thx in advance.
    Rob

Doubt the ABS loom would get you anywhere near the other side of the engine bay.
You could move the ABS ECU, that might give you more to play with?

ABS will have to stay where it is and unchanged, just looking to get Engine ecu on the other side cos the space under the steering wheel is now very limited.

      Thx

sorry I read abs ecu not aby ecu!

Look at Tom's RS2 build thread, he's got some pics and just refitting his looms now on his IIRC, might give you some ideas?
