RS2 Wheel Refurb.

My RS2 with very poor condition wheels, all 4 reconditioned same day turn around by Romax Stockton Northeast for £196.

the centres look funny - maybe its the light or photo quality - looks like they been sprayed same as alloys

Did they take the tyres off - cannot see if that is overspray or tyre fitting paste

I take it they have been painted in Z7P AUDI-SILVER ?

Looking good, ive not seen them since done, I know the before was as clean as they would get, ratty as hell! Romax always take the tyres off to check trueness. Whats next then Ian?

Centres are the same colour, must be the light from my phone.

The before Picture can you believe is actually the wheels washed and cleaned ! Paint was pealing off the rims and stained in the spokes. Should have took some close up pics. The colour is correct, they remove the tyres, wheels are cleaned back to the alloy in a machine. The stuff on the edge of the tyre is the paste used to re-fit the tyres.

Wheels look great Ian, I've used Romax a few times over the years spot on service and a quick turn around, only thing they will not do is a polished lip on a set of split rims I had. Is SEM in Sunderland still going?
