No, my car will be remapped without resistors. That MTM software is for K27, so it wouldn´t work with my turbo.

Rescaling IS necessary. It sometimes works without rescaling, but sometimes not.

IMHO not a very good idea. The MTM idea is very clever.

Who is going to remap your car?

Ok, so I´ll let Tommy do resistor mods. Don´t know if you´ve heard of him, Mika Karala. But of course if you have any business over here...

Mika Karala, yes, I know him, but I don't know what he knows about 20vt ECUs.

            Motorola 3bar map

Here´s new map-sensor compared to original. Some progress in ten years, I wonder how small whole ecu would be, if they did it today.

a 'modern' ECU looks like this!
This one is used on the 1.4 1.6 and the 1.8L Opel Eco-Tec engines

Same idea as the Alfa Romeo ECU's. Very small units

                      why?

flash eprom chip(s) can be easily removed for remapping

You just have no clue!!!! There is no eprom (flash, UV eprom, EEPROM) at all in a hybrid ECU. Only OBD2 works on them, and if something happens while programming and programming stops halfway through, you're ****ed because there's no way to restore the ECU other than taking the car to the dealer's.

Gosh, some people should really get some information before talking here. Show me the flash chip in the ECU you posted pics of.

Basically the ABY,AAN and ADU motronic system uses scaling values from many sensors : 0 ..... to 5 Volts.

If voltage exceeds the 5 volts then it is an error situation.

--> is it then called a lean burn wonder just before meltdown of the 20V power plant?

--> scaling is needed to avoid the 5volts overflow.
If you have the ECU pin order with wire usage descriptions and a volt meeter and open mind and imagination
you find the area where the resistor(s) are needed + some piloting work..... check first on idle and then on 1500 and 2000 rpm.

Tommy, with i.e. 5.2v on the MAF at WOT, the ECU won't interpret this as i.e. 0.2v and run the car lean.
