    S2 Coupe 3" Exhaust System

Been busy building a 3" Turbo back Stainless Steel Exhaust System, I'm now stuck on back box options. Jetex do a 2.75" back box around £245, wondering if anyone has made there own and at what costs ?

I've used a Jetex 2.75" back box to finish off my otherwise 3" system, makes getting over the rear subframe a doddle. Just cut off the orginal Jetex three bolt flange (which is more like 2.5") and sleave 3" pipe over the 2.75", either for a V'band or sleave joint. I've attached a couple of photos of my system durring the tacking up stage.

        Dp

        Mmmm...nice!

Where did you get the DP made? Did you have issues around the CV joint heat shield?

        Cheers,

here's some pics of my build linky post 5, 3 inch all the way, I used a back box with a center outlet on one side and an offset on the other to get a better flow.

Nice, where did you get the back box ?

Here's my downpipe, copied profile of the original and made a jig for the new 3" setup.
