done. extras setup...narrow and wide o2's, shift cut, antilag/launch, o2 disable, log switch, 2nd map, and a shift light. still have a few optional options left...4 wheel speed sensors, traction, wet/dry, nitrous, and still a few extra inputs and outputs...

yup. i think it better suited for the I5 than the n/a v8....and lets face it... its a v8 and almost any standalone will do well on it. all i had to do was buy 5 2.5 coilpacks and a crank trigger. i realy want vems...but i still has more features other then plug and play


DTA works will all the sensors with my convert harness. scored a new Autotech adjustable cam gear from a buddy since it no longer can be used in his 20th gti 5xxhp 1.8t project. installed the 034 60-2 pulley and vr trigger bracket as well

options setup: narrow band o2, wideband o2, o2 on/off switch, 1/2 map switch, log on/off switch, antilag/launch button, f/r 2wheel speed, traction on/off.



was off one tooth on timing....did my 1/4 drive extension trick to jump the timing one tooth.....the belt stretched and tore...mental note....trick can only be done via hydraulic tensioners only

thank you. these are the vw 2.5 coils with a little bit of trimming. i have a set of 2.0tfsi coils on my 32v 3.6 v8 and tried to get those to fit my 3b ... no go. i think the 1.8t ones will fit the aan......but the new tall coilpacks have a higher output

1.8t guys are using the newer tall coils on big turbos are gapping them up to .035" and .04" from the .028" and .026" that is normally use for chipped and big turbo. smoother idle as well.

only know this because i had the o so powerful 1.8t

Im asking you this because Im going to use stock coilpacks with 3b head cover and Im sure ill have to trim them.....but dont know how much!
