Replace 10vt on a 83 urquattro

I have a 83 urquattro that have been imported to Norway in 1995 with a none turbo engine to reduse tax , and now i want to put in a 20vturbo , is it somebodey that have any paper on strenght off the "Body/car" so i can get it approved ?

Out of interest was this a genuine car or a rep and is it red with white wheels. There was one a few years ago on ebay like that with a 10v non turbo engine fitted.

No it is dark blue/purple i have had it for aprox 8 years now

only norway (biltilsyn) recuire paper on the chassi... and its NOT needed... may not "møller" help you ... www.moller.no??
ANY extreeme car build in any countrry, may drive in norway: legal. but not the norwegan people are not allowed...
